The rooms are very spacious with two beds, the food is fresh, with efficient and friendly staff, and a great location near an astronomical observatory.

The hotel was nice and cute, though I stayed for 1 night only. The room was immaculately clean and huge and with all facilities and a nice size bathroom, for instance, had everything I needed. The restaurant was nice and the food was freshly cooked.

The room was a little old fashioned, for me personally.

The hotel is set in a nice and cute tourist area. It is close to many restaurants, bars, and hotels. - the central location of the hotel is a plus. - Chipotle Mexican Grill is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I have to admit that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with newly renovated bathrooms and clean towels & bed linens. Room had a working heater/cooler that worked as expected & kept the room temperature pleasant. Check in check out was hassle free. Location was great due to nearby eating joints & gas stations.

The price was good for a weekend stay, however, the hotel should be advertised as a motel with 1 (one) star rating. for an extra $20 I could have stayed at a much nicer place.

New room was really oldfashionned and not in great shape. - noisy place, road in the front and an industrial lot behind, noisy even early morning. - A huhe smell of charcoal burgers is floating all the time there , unbelievable.

We were visiting our daughter at NAU, and this hotel is so close. And close to downtown too. We walked everywhere! The room was simple and nice, clean, and felt safe. The owner had at first given us a room in which the toilet was not working, but quickly gave us a key to another room as soon as we told him, repairing the situation immediately. We will probably make this hotel our regular!

I loved the room with 2 beds and found mine really comfortable, the staff was friendly and quick to help, and the location was convenient to nearby restaurants.

Its convenient location. The room had fresh linen and towels.

The place is old, the room smelled like an ashtray even though we requested a non-smoking room. The shower had a used bar of soap stuck to the shower wall and the restroom door stuck shut requiring great effort to open. Had one electrical outlet without power, I had to unplug a lamp in order to be able to charge my cell phone.
